Analyze the tasks (tasks are those things that need to be accomplished in order to complete a job) and determine how you would group the tasks together so that people can perform them in order to do the job at hand.  (For example, suppose a particular job had 30 to 40 tasks to be completed in order to do the job...or accomplish a goal.  Could you group them so that one person could do them all? Would it be better to assign different tasks to different people in order to accomplish the job quicker or more efficiently?)
