During your performance review, your supervisor acknowledged some of your technical achievements on the job, but explained that your people skills needed work. Specifically, she mentioned that you appear to be unable to empower and engage your employees. What could she have meant with this remark?

At the end of the first month, three people resigned after developing great conflicts with each other and the remaining two came to you asking for assistance and clarity. Did your decision to structure the job in this fashion contribute to this result or did you simply have employees who were not up to the challenge? Explain your answer.
