Imagine that you are the Human Resources Director for a medical clinic. For this assignment, please design a recruiting plan for a new Registered Nurse. The plan you propose should address all of the following three elements:

1) Propose a process for conducting a job analysis to modify the existing job description. You do not need to create a new job description, but you do need to create a list of specific steps that you would include in conducting a job analysis to improve the current job description.

2) Formulate a plan that details how/where you would seek applicants for the new position.
