Conclusions to draw from F ratios? Researcher is attempting to determine the effects of practice and gender on a timed task. Participants are given a computerized search task. When they find the designated character, they press a button to stop timer. Their reaction time in seconds is recorded for each trial. Subjects practice for 2, 4, 6 hours and are either male or female.
