An air-filled parallel plate capacitor with a plate spacing of 1.30 cm has a capacitance of 6.40 μF. The plate spacing is now doubled and a dielectric is inserted, totally filling the space among the plates. As a result the capacitance becomes 12.7 μF. Compute the dielectric constant of the inserted material.
