Write a 1,500-2,000-word paper discussing your theory comparisons. Include the following in your paper:

The Adlerian theory is related to the theory propounded by Alfred Adler. His school of psychology was known as individual psychology (IP). It is a concise, psycho-educational approach which consists of both the characteristics of humanity and inclination towards the goal.This theory or therapy revolves around four important steps. The first step is engagement the therapist and the client creates an alliance on a particular problem. Second, assessment through a proper recording of patient’s history, and observing patient’s behavior, and attitude. The third step is to provide an insight to the client about the situation, and finally the fourth step is reorientation, by engaging clients in various activities.
