Choose any existing of your choice operating in Singapore. The company can be from any industry. Imagine that you have been appointed as the human resource manager of your chosen company. 4. 4. Recruitment strategies and its implementation for the chosen department or a position in the company and give some recommendation. (500 words)

*Do not discuss about union, Do Not talk bad about the company and the country and no descriptive.

*Include the personnel policy - internal versus external recruiting, Lead the market - pay strategic, employment-at-will policies and image advertising.

5. 5. Selection strategic and its implementation for the chosen department or a position in the company. (500words)

6. 6 . Conclusion including how the company can be benefit and add value based on the analyses and strategic presented. (100 words)
