Think of cell organization like a sport's team. Organization and definitions of positions and ancillary personnel.
Cell function is like an athletic team. The coaches teach the players. The player's play the game as well as they can. Schedules are arranged to the times and places of the games. Some people act as referees for the games. Perhaps others act as sponsors, providing money for uniforms and travel. Functions of a cell can be organized in a similar way.
I think that the cellular functions can be arranged in a similar way.
You can take the same idea and apply it to a business, to a school.
You would identify the levels of an organization and the people and their function and then compare it to the organization of a eukaryotic cell.
