1.Develop three tables of financial data in which you address the following key areas:

Cash-flow statement for start-up

One-year pro forma income statement, broken down by month

Break-even analysis using a three-year set of data

2. After completing the three financial reports, write a brief commentary that mentions the assumptions you have made, whether and which industry data was used to project costs or sales, if seasonality was considered and why it might have an impact, and other research and factors you thought of as you came up with your "best estimates" for the feasibility financials. Include a minimum of three secondary sources. Inclusion of primary research is highly advised.

3.You may find that it works best to put your comments into a MS Word document, while formatting your financial forecasts in Excel tables. Note that your commentary should be formatted in APA style.
