Mega Cabinets, Inc. (MCI) hired carpenters to make and install cabinets in their new sales territory. During orientation, MCI conducted an intensive training session that detailed MCI's procedures for measuring and hanging kitchen cabinets. MCI required that the carpenters use 10-inch nails to secure the cabinets to the wall.
