Question - WA Company works an 8-hour day and allows 5% for personal time, a 10-minute break in the morning and another 10-minute break in the afternoon. An allowance is given for lifting 15 pound weights and the attention required by the work is considered fine or exacting. A 4% allowance is given for delays. Calculate the total allowance factor.
