Question- Calculate the pH of a buffer made by dissolving 1 mol formic acid (hcooh) and 1.0 mol Sodium formate (HCOONa) in 1.0 L of solution (pHa = 3.74)

I am not able to solve the above problem somebody help me to get the correct answer
