1- Determine the necessary H of the bracing such that buckling about the weak-axis occurs in the upper and lower column sections simultaneously.
2-. Calculate the critical stress for buckling about the weak-axis when H equals the value calculated in part a.
3- Calculate the critical load for strong-axis buckling.
