Question- A 97.4g of unknown metal sample was heated to 98.7 degree C and placed into calorimeter containing 75.0 g of water at 23.6 degree C (c of water =4.184 J/g.K) the heat capacity calorimeter was 15.7 J/K. the final temperature in the calorimeter was 32.4 degree C.

a) Calculate Delta T of Water.

b) Calculate Delta T of unknown metal.

c) Calculate heat lost by the unknown metal.

d) Calculate the specific heat capacity of the unknown metal.
