HM's common stock has a beta of 0.8. The 10-year Treasury-Bond rate is currently 2.1 percent, and historically, the market has earned 7% more per year than the 10-year Treasury rate. The firm has 1,000,000 shares of common stock outstanding at a market price of $36.48 a share (book value of $12 per share). The company's marginal tax rate is 35 percent.
