b. When a passenger arrives at the airport, how many minutes would it take them to get through the security line? (Round your answer to 2 decimal places.)

c. Calculate the probability that the two TSA personnel would be busy at any one time, that is, the probability that an arriving passenger will have to wait to be inspected. (Round your answer to 4 decimal places.)
