Applying the Congruence Model to Organizational Change

This assignment will focus on the journal article you selected above. At a high level, use the congruence model to describe:

  • the organizational inputs
  • Transformational process and outputs.
  • Include an assessment on the needs of the community.
  • What are the desired outputs, and in your opinion, are they achievable? Why or why not?
