If office expenses are $8.50 per square foot, retail has an unrecoverable expense ratio of 15 percent and apartments have a 30 percent unrecoverable expense ratio. What is the PGI, EGI and NOI. Assume the vacancy and credit loss is 5 percent for all property classes.
