You are a strategic analyst for a large consulting firm and specialize in the analysis of Australian companies. You have been asked by your manager to write a report analyzing an Australian company's underlying strategy that has resulted in it moving some of its activities offshore with the loss of a number of local jobs.

In your analysis you are required to:

1. Evaluate the external issues that are affecting the company and have driven it to employ a strategy that has resulted in moving jobs offshore ---- Full and skilful evaluation of the external issues that are affecting the Australian company and driving it to employ this strategy and activity.

2. Analyze the internal issues that are making the company consider moving jobs offshore as part of its strategy. ----- Full and skilful analysis of the strategic advantages and disadvantages of moving jobs offshore.

3. Identify the stakeholders in this company and discuss how the shift of offshore activities will affect these stakeholders will affect these stakeholders. ----- Excellent and logically developed discussion on how this activity will affect the various stakeholders of the organization.

4. Explain why a number of jobs will continue to be based in Australia. ---- Full and skilful analysis of why the Australian company is keeping a number of jobs onshore.

5. Discuss whether there are particular types of jobs that are suitable for relocation offshore. ------- Full and skilful analysis of whether there are particular types of jobs that are suitable to be moved offshore.

6. Discuss whether the company can decide against moving jobs offshore. What are the strategic implications? ----- Excellent and logically developed discussion of whether the company has a choice not to move the jobs offshore with a clear conclusion drawn from discussion. All key issues integrated in an excellent and clear discussion of what the strategic implications are.

7. Use of research and quality of analysis ---- Excellent and skilful integration of substantial research to support analysis within the word limit.
