Case Study: Publix Super Markets, IncIn preparing your written case analysis, follow the steps outlined below.

1. Identify the company's financial position:Analyze the balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows.

2. Compare the dividend paid to stockholders for the previous three years and determine whether or not this is a good investment for stockholders; give the reasons for your decision.

3. Using your two previous analyses, Part I and Part II, as well as No. 1 and No. 2 above, complete the following:

1. Recommend specific annual objectives and policies

2. Recommend procedures for strategy review and evaluation

4. Referring to the section on Balanced Scorecards, in Chapter 9, identify those areas you determine would be beneficial to monitor, in a balanced scorecard, on a routine basis, which would be critical to the financial viability and survival of your company.

5. Executive Summary:~~Make a recommendation on how the company can improve its business strategy in order to better serve the customer and increase its bottom line. This should be a narrative based on the information you gathered in Parts I, II and III.

Your analysis should be divided into sections, addressing each of the above numbered items in a separate section.
