The case studies ask that students conduct an Assessment and Analysis of various Project Management Knowledge Areas, but our focus will be on Project Procurement Management within the four project phases: inception, development, implementation, and closeout. Based on your analysis, your team will be asked to provide an overall Summary of Project Assessment and Analysis report relative to Project Procurement Management. The “Assessment and Analysis” and “Summary of Project Assessment and Analysis” sections in each of the case studies have a similar structure. However my assignment instructions are slightly different than what you’ll find in the case studies, so please ensure that you follow the following instructions when completing your group report. A template for your Assessment and Analysis is provided in the Classroom under “Course Content.” While optional, outside research is encouraged for this exercise.
