1. Geothermal energy uses the heat from the Earth as energy. It's relatively cost-effective compared to other sources, particularly for electricity. However, GT energy production is limited to accessible locations. Is this a plausible future for GT? Why? How does geothermal energy compare to other renewable energy alternatives?

2. Solar energy can be used for everything from powering small calculators by using photovoltaic cells to providing electricity to cities by using concentrated solar technology to drive turbines.
