Using the goal (Create community environments that promote and support healthy food and beverage choices and physical activity) and objectives (To reduce the percentage of children who are obese at CAMPFIT by 5% and promoting access to free drinking water and adopting Institute of Medicine nutrition standards for school foods sold/served outside of federal child nutrition programs) prepare an evaluation plan that addresses the following:
